Welcome to Dungannon Vehicle Hire Services. These Terms of Service (Terms) govern your use of our website carhiredungannon.co.uk and our vehicle rental services. By using our services you accept these Terms and any policies referenced herein.

1. Dungannon Rental Agreement

All Dungannon vehicle rentals are subject to a detailed Rental Agreement issued at booking confirmation or on vehicle collection. This agreement sets out the specific terms, conditions, insurance cover, charges, and your responsibilities for the relevant rental. If any provision of these Terms conflicts with the Rental Agreement, the Rental Agreement takes precedence for that rental.

2. Dungannon Eligibility

To hire a vehicle from Dungannon, you must:

  • Be at least 21 years old when hiring from Dungannon (age restrictions may vary by vehicle type, with additional charges possible for drivers under 25). Hold a valid, full driving licence appropriate for the vehicle category, held for the minimum period specified in the Rental Agreement. Provide valid photographic identification, proof of address, a payment card in the driver’s name and any other documentation requested at collection.

3. Dungannon Booking and Payment

  • Bookings can be made via our website, by phone, or in person at our Dungannon location. A booking deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. Full payment and the security deposit are normally payable when you collect the vehicle. All prices are quoted in British Pounds (£) and include VAT where applicable.

4. Dungannon Collection and Return

  • Inspect the vehicle carefully at collection and report any existing damage to Dungannon staff immediately. A vehicle condition report will be completed and signed by you and a Dungannon representative. Return the vehicle in the same condition as at collection, allowing for normal wear and tear. Any new damage noted on return will be inspected and charged to the renter in accordance with Dungannon's damage charges.

5. Insurance and Liability for Dungannon

  • Basic third-party insurance is included with all Dungannon rentals. Full details of cover and any excess amounts are set out in the Rental Agreement. Optional additional policies may be available to reduce your financial liability. Please read these options carefully before accepting cover. You remain liable for loss or damage up to the excess amount shown in the Rental Agreement.

6. Dungannon Cancellations and Changes

Dungannon cancellation and amendment policies vary by booking type and notice period. Refer to your booking confirmation or rental agreement for full details. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur charges.

7. Prohibited Uses in Dungannon

You must not use the rented vehicle in Dungannon for:

  • Any illegal purpose or activity in Dungannon. Racing, rallying, off‑roading, or other hazardous activities. Transporting hazardous or dangerous materials. Sub‑letting to third parties or permitting unauthorised drivers. Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Use for purposes the vehicle is not designed for...

Violating restrictions in Dungannon may result in immediate rental termination and charges.

8. Limitation of Liability for Dungannon

To the maximum extent permitted by the law of Northern Ireland, Dungannon Vehicle Hire Services will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of profits, data, or business, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the total fees paid by you for the relevant service.

9. Governing Law (Dungannon)

These Terms for Dungannon are governed by Northern Ireland law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Northern Ireland courts.

10. Dungannon Terms Update

Dungannon may modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting on Dungannon's website. Your continued use of Dungannon's services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
